- All shipping charges will be passed on to customers.
- All shipments will be ground or to be specified by customer
- All express shipments will be prepaid with signed sales order or customer written approval of their own shipping account number.
- Because of the nature of our merchandise, it is very hard to precisely estimate shipping costs online. However, since we have arranged for lowest shipping rates with various carriers, we make sure to use the lowest cost carrier.
- Lucky Box is guarantying the shipping charges to be accurate at the time of shipping. In any case of discrepancy on any package, Lucky Box will refund the FULL amount for the package.
- For new customers that have concern regarding the shipping cost, on the check out page mention that you would like to know the exact cost of shipping, Then we will be more than glad to provide you with it.
- Shipping charges calculated by weight and dimensions which ever with higher numbers .
- Transit Time 1-5 working days. West Coast 1-3 days, Mid West and Mid East Coast 2-4 days, East Coast 4-5 days..
- You must provide a complete and valid mailing address. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. All packages are signature required.
- Most orders without imprinting will be shipped out from Lucky Box within 1-2 business days. In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by email or phone and informed the reason for the delay. Your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise has been shipped.
- You may also advise us of any special shipping requirements or instructions during checkout.
- If you have any questions regarding shipping issues, please feel free to contact us by phone or by email.
- Discrepancies on missing, damaged or incorrect items must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery, notification made after this time would not be accepted. Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.
- We charge shipping only for items that we actually will be shipped out. For backorders we will charge shipping at the time of shipping.
- Lucky box is not to be blame for carrier delays, lost or damages to the packages
- All rushed orders must be confirmed before 1:30pm to be shipped out on the same day
- We don't offer COD anymore.
- Lucky Box is dedicated to your full satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days for a full refund or an exchange item. Shipping charges and small order fees are not refundable.
- No cancelation, returns or exchange on special orders or imprinting orders.
- Returned items must be unused condition. Lucky Box will not accept return of any item with scratches, marks, blemishes, signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case, or signs of alterations.
- Products must be repacked in their original packaging materials.
- All returns must be approved by Lucky Box.
- Please call (323) 587-4444 for approval and a Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and RMA number.
- All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable
- Products damaged due to poor packing during return shipping will not be credited or refunded.
- Minimum order is $50 or $5 handling fee will be applied.
- We have the right to reject any orders. The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.
- Sorry we don't offer Back-orders. We will let the customer know, when we have the missing items in-stock.
- We offer custom imprinting on our jewelry boxes, and pouches
- We only offer one color hot stamping.
- Minimum order is $100.
- If an order needs of two logo sizes then the minimum order will be $200, or small fee might occur.
- Minimum order for printing should be only on printing items not counting display or etc.
- Minimum order for printing pouches is 144pcs. You may mix sizes and colors. Printing charges $0.30 per piece, Over 576pcs $0.25per piece.
- Jewelry boxes inside each printing is $0.22 / order below 160pcs will be charged flat fee of $35. Printing on Top of 2pc packers $0.26 per piece. For double prints (printing inside the jewelry boxes and printing outside of the 2pc packer) the flat fee would be $50. Minimum printing charge for 2 size logo in one order is $45. Minimum printing charge for 3 size logo in one order is $60
- Estimated printing orders takes 4-14 business days depending on the season. If need rushed please call in. Extra fee may be applied depending on the season.
- Choose from any of the available foil colors: gold, silver, blue, purple, or black. Other colors available up on request for extra charge. For call in customers please specify your color otherwise our default color is Gold.
- Die fee is $50 each for standard size. This is onetime fee. For medium size logo is $65 and for large size is $80.
- Customer’s original logo has to be email to us in high resolution in black & white, preferred JPG format, otherwise PDF Format is fine too. We cannot accept copies of the logo.
- If a customer doesn’t have their own logo, we could make one for you. Please choose your layout on the web under “” Hot Stamping Plates “” or email us our layout.
- We make one size logo to fit all boxes; otherwise we have to make extra plates for different sizes. So in case if you do, it is your responsibility to ask for multiple plates. The maximum width is 1 ¼” and the height is 7/8” for standard size to fit all size boxes.
- We will send you a sample of the finalize artwork for your approval, before we start our work.
- It would take about 2 weeks to make a new plate after customer approval. If you need rushed please call in. Extra fee will be applied.
- Net 30 / 15 days with approval of credit application. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and notification of credit terms. Call in for application.
- First time customers are prepaid.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, company check or money orders for prepayments.
- We don't offer COD.
- Late payments subject to 3% per month interest.
- All return checks are subject to a $25 fee.
- All checks are accepted subject to collection, and Buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees and costs. Any check received from Buyer may be applied by Seller against any obligation of Buyer to Seller under this or any other agreement, notwithstanding any statement appearing on or referring to such check. Acceptance of any partial payment shall not constitute a waiver of Sellers right to payment in full of all amounts due from Buyer to Seller
- Prices subject to change without prior notice.
- All prices are FOB Lucky Box warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.
- Any overcharges, undercharges or miss charge due to the computer or miss prints is revisable at any time. In such case we will notify the customer before we process the order. Lucky Box has the right to cancel such orders.
- Lucky Box is not responsible for publishing errors.
- We reserve the right to make any corrections if a billing error occurs.
- All sizes and colors are approximate due to the fact that we work with multiple factories. The actual colors You see will depend on Your monitor, Lucky Box cannot guarantee that Your monitor's display of any color will be accurate

- We stock most items in our local warehouse in Los Angeles for fast shipping.
- The materials appearing on Lucky Box’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Lucky Box does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Lucky Box may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without a notice. Lucky Box does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
- Jewelries are not included.
- California companies must supply resale form before shipping or you will be responsible for sales tax.
- Call in to receive the form.
- We will send free samples at the customer's request on jewelry boxes only not counting wood boxes. Samples are limited to a maximum of 1 per style and total of 3pcs. We only send samples of the ring boxes. Other sizes are available up on an open package, and there will be a fee those samples and shipping.
- You will be charged at unit cost plus shipping for others.
- We only send samples for business owners only.
